    The Longhorn Meadows preliminary subdivision, is a proposed 14-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 400 South 1300 West. The lots range in size from 8,000 to 15,256 square feet. There is an overall density of 2.8 units per acre for this subdivision which is consistent with the goals of the General Plan designation and zoning.

    Lehi City requests an update to regulations for detached ADUs. The updates will allow more flexibility in where the address is placed so it can be seen from the street. It also requires a 20 foot access (with the ability for other sizes to be approved). All of these are to address potential safety concerns.
