Myers Zone Change

CLOSED: This item received a positive recommendation by the Planning Commission and will be scheduled for City Council on January 11th.

The Myers are proposing a zone change from R-1-12 to R-1-8. That will lower the lot size requirement from 12,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet.
