Water Efficient Landscaping Development Code Amendment

This item was tabled to look at changing language to encourage trees in plant strips. It will return to Planning Commission on January 26, 2023

Changes to the Development Code to add water efficient landscaping requirements for new residential, commercial, civic, and other developments as well as the redevelopment of existing sites.
