The Wagner Drive Thru Site Plan and Conditional Use is located at 600 West State Street. The site plan shows the layout of the two drive thru buildings, parking, and future landscaping. The development of this parcel is being done in conjunction with the City to complete improvements along State Street. The conditional use is required for the drive through portion of these facilities.
