Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation on the zone change. It will go to City Council on February 14, 2023.

A proposed zone change from A-5 to Mixed-Use located at approximately 700 South Mill Pond Road. The proposed zone change matches the General Plan designation of Mixed-Use for the property.
