The space would include an office-warehouse building with multiple uses, including offices, classrooms, a storefront for the company, a recital hall open to the public, as well as warehouse/product storage space. The project is contingent on the approval of a General Plan amendment to Heavy Commercial that would facilitate the allowance of the warehouse use.
