Portable Storage Containers Development Code Amendment

CLOSED: This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will be scheduled for City Council on January 10, 2023.

Lehi City requests review and recommendation of a Development Code amendment pertaining to Portable Storage Containers in Chapters 12, 26, and the Table of Uses for residential and nonresidential zones. The amendment changes the Portable Storage Container use to be permitted in every zone, both residential and nonresidential and removes several of the regulations to allow more flexibility.
