The applicant requests approval of the Holbrook Industrial Building 5 Site Plan located at approximately 4886 West Hudson Way in a Planned Community zone. The proposed use is a conditional use within the Holbrook Farms Area Plan. However, office/warehouse is an appropriate use for this site as the surrounding parcels are also industrial in use.
