The applicant requests approval of the Griffith’s Estates Subdivision Concept plan located at 300 E 1630 S. The proposed use is nine townhome units. The applicant proposes the conceptual subdivision to be a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with an HOA to maintain landscaped common areas and provide trash and snow removal.
