The Gordon General Plan Amendment is from Very Low-Density Residential Agriculture (VLDRA) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) on 1.63-acres located at 860 North 2300 West. The applicant’s narrative and concurrently filed Concept layout show their plan to build a childcare center on the property.
