Gemstone Development Zone Change

The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation. This is scheduled for City Council for final approval on September 13, 2022.

A proposed zone change from RA-1 to R-3 for 1.33 acres located at 690 East 200 South. This zone change is consistent with the approved General Plan designation of HDR for the property. The zone change would allow for the property to be developed at a rate of 12 units per acre in the future.
