Dubois Lot Plat A 1-Lot Subdivision

CLOSED: This project was given a negative recommendation by the Planning Commission. It is scheduled for City Council on May 24, 2022.

The applicant has a multi-phase plan to develop the property at 1200 North Trinnaman Lane with two lots that would each be slightly less than half an acre. However, the currently proposed subdivision plan will consist of just one single family lot on a total of 0.43 acres or 18,819 square feet. This meets the 15,000 square foot requirement of the RA-1 zone.
