Downtown Civic Campus Zone Change

The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation to City Council. This item will go to City Council on September 27th at 7pm.

The City proposes a zone change for various City owned properties from R-3 and Mixed-Use to Public Facility located in the Downtown area between 100 E and 100 W from Main Street to 200 North.
