The Davis Main Street General Plan Amendment is from Neighborhood Commercial to Mixed Use on 0.82-acres located at 1054 West Main Street. The property is currently zoned Commercial which would not allow for any residential units. The request for Mixed-Use would facilitate a development with some residential as dictated by the concurrently proposed concept.
