The Clark Main Street Concept plan located at 1064 West Main Street includes a vertical mixed-use building with four retail suites, two warehouse suites, and one residential unit on the first floor and seven residential units on the second floor. An outdoor resident amenity area is proposed on the second floor above the warehouse suites.
