Chapter 12 Development Code Amendment- Bed & Breakfasts

CLOSED: This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and is scheduled for City Council on February 28, 2023.

The amendment seeks to make the standards for Bed and Breakfasts consistent with the proposed changes to the residential table of uses. Specifically, the R-1-22 zone was included as a possible zone for Bed and Breakfasts to be approved as a conditional use.
