Athletic Instruction Home Occupation DCA

Lehi City is recommending changes to the Home Occupation chapter of the Development Code. Specifically, we are explicitly stating athletic instruction is a permitted use in home occupations, and we are changing the definition of "Child In-Home Instruction" to "In-Home Instruction."
