Andersen No 1 Property Annexation

The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation. This is scheduled for City Council for final approval on September 13, 2022.

A proposal with R-1-12 zoning to annex 1.25 acres of property located at 8282 N 8730 W (Approximately 530 S 1100 W). The proposed annexation went to City Council where they approved the resolution of intent to annex.
