Lamb Annexation R-1-22 Zoning
Consultation has concluded
As part of the Lehi City annexation procedures, all annexation requests are required to be reviewed by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission’s responsibility is to review the proposed annexation and determine whether the requested zoning is appropriate and complies with the General Plan. The Planning Commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for their review upon final consideration of the annexation.
The General Plan designates this property as VLDRA. The applicant proposes R-1-22 zoning for 7350 N 8000 W (Approximately 1900 S Center Street). This proposed zoning complies with the General Plan designation.
The proposed annexation will add a portion of an existing county island and allow the applicant to connect into City water. This area has a general plan land use designation with the intent that it would annex into Lehi at some point.
