Gardner-Plumb Main Street General Plan Amendment
Consultation has concluded
The applicant requests review and recommendation on the Gardner-Plumb Main Street General Plan Amendment from Very Low Density Residential Agriculture to Low Density Residential on 50-acres located at approximately 2500 West Main Street. The property is currently zoned A-5, and the request to change the General Plan designation to Low Density Residential would allow for a future zone change and a residential development with a variety of housing types that utilizes the increase in density. Gardner-Plumb have also submitted a concept plan to show what the site will look like.
