X Development’s requests review of a zone change from A-5 to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) and R-1-Flex on 20.10-acres of property located at 2100 North 2300 West. The applicant proposes to rezone approximately two of the 20 acres to Neighborhood Commercial and the remaining 18 acres to R-1-Flex. The Neighborhood Commercial area is shown on the northwest corner of the property.
