Consultation has concluded

The applicant is requesting review of a conditional use Pylon sign for the Westlake Emergency Center at 700 North Redwood Road. The sign is 25 feet in height and has an electronic display sign of 72 square feet. The applicant wants to make the emergency center more visible from Redwood Road and believes this sign would help accomplish that while also notifying residents of their services. The sign does not exceed the height or square feet requirements per Chapter 23 of the Development Code.
