JDH Development asks for preliminary subdivision approval for 22 lots ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to over 30,000 square feet. These are located at approximately 600 East 2000 North.

The subdivision will also include a 1.5 acre parcel dedicated to the City that will include the Dry Creek corridor and right of way for the trail.
