The applicant wants to create 22 single family lots next to the Dry Creek Corridor. The smallest lot is 13,800 square feet and the largest is 42,800 square feet. This area has a lot of slope that the applicant shows a conservation easement over. The applicant also said they will dedicate the land along the Dry Creek Corridor and a trail on 600 East to have the lots that are smaller than 15,000 square feet. Which is the size that is required in the RA-1 zone it is in.
