The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation to the City Council on this item.

GWC Capital proposes a 404 unit transit oriented development (TOD) at approximately 3000 West Traverse Mountain Boulevard.

The 404 units include townhomes and apartments. As well as a master planned trail that will be accessible to everyone in Lehi with an observation deck pocket park, and amphitheater area and a clubhouse for the apartments.

The application provided a layout for these units, roads, as well as sidewalks and trails. They also provided preliminary elevations of the townhomes.

    They are asking for a 5% reduction in parking now and additional reduction when the future BRT station is installed.
