Consultation has concluded
Lehi City wants to remove the Pioneer Village Overlay on 66 acres located at the southwest corner of 1100 West and Pioneer Crossing. It will keep the underlying General Plan Designation of Very Low Density Residential Agriculture, Very Low Density Residential, and Open Space.
The City Council requested this change due to concerns over density and infrastructure improvements at this location. The Planning Commission and City Council will need to determine what to do with the previously allotted extra units of density shown on the map. These units could be allowed elsewhere or removed altogether.
