Consultation has concluded

The applicant requests approval for the View 21 East Retail Pad site plan located at 3526 West 1940 North. The applicant is proposing two drive-thru’s for their site plan; one for a 6,000 square foot multi-tenant building, and one for a 400 square foot soda kiosk. Drive-thrus are a conditional use in the Commercial zone.


This project has been tabled to the July 27th Planning Commission meeting due to a revision of the required traffic impact study.
