The Planning Commission approved this concept.

Perry Commercial requests approval of a concept plan that includes future office and retail as well as parking structures. The concept is located at Sunrise Way and Morning Vista Road in the Traverse Mountain Planned Community. The Traverse Mountain Area Plan designates this area as highway commercial and also allows residential units to be transferred from the canyon to this specific spot. However, the applicant does not currently show any residential units in their concept.

The concept features three office buildings fronting Timpanogos Highway. It also includes 5 retail pads around the site. The interior of the site consists of surface and structured parking.

The applicant also provided some conceptual renderings of what the first office building might look like.
