Consultation has concluded

When Chapter 39 of the Development Code was updated last year, the Trades Shop definition was eliminated because it was similar to Construction Service, Artisan Shop, and School-Vocational. The decision was made then to let those more specific uses remain and to remove Trades Shop.

During the comprehensive update the needed change to the Table of Uses was overlooked until recently. This amendment would remove Trade Shops from the Table of Uses as well.
