The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation on this item, it will go to City Council on December 12th.

Texas Instruments requests an amendment to the Skye Area Plan, changing the location of 25.69-acres of the Technical Manufacturing Buffer. This will allow the future expansion of Texas Instruments facility.

DR Horton also added in an amendment to combine MD1 and MD2 pods into one pod. This will allow them to add slightly more units in the lower area taking them out of the hillside.
