Consultation has concluded
The applicant is requesting review of a conditional use Pylon sign for Thanksgiving Point at 2851 North Triumph Boulevard. The proposed height of the sign is 74 feet and has an electronic display sign of 800 square feet. Because of these dimensions the applicant is requesting an exception to the Chapter 23 Development Code requirements, specifically asking for an exception on pylon signs being limited to 25 feet and over 200 square feet in size. The applicant believes these dimensions will help make the sign more visible and inform the community of events occurring at Thanksgiving Point.
