The applicant is requesting approval for a two-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 900 North 2300 West. The two-lot subdivision shows the lot with the existing house to be 0.35 acres and the second lot to be 0.60 acres. Both lots meet the RA-1 zone requirements for lot size and frontage. The second lot has a 50-foot private access and utility easement in favor of the parcel to the north. Currently, the applicant owns both properties. The proposed subdivision will also finish constructing 900 North including the sidewalks and park-strips along the northern side of the road.
