Consultation has concluded

Texas Instruments has a concept plan showing changing the same area (roughly 25 acres) from the Tech Manufacturing Buffer in the Skye Area Plan to Tech Manufacturing Zoning that would allow the expansion of their use. The area where they plan to expand their building is to the east of the existing building and would not be next to residential (it would be next to storage units).

This is an item the public can speak to. The Planning Commission and ultimately the City Council have the full right to approve or deny this change. Ask a question or leave a comment below.
