The applicant proposes a car wash development located at 2050 North 3600 West. The concept plan shows a building with an indoor washing area and vacuums. It also shows a few parking stalls and queuing on site,

To meet the State Highway Design District the building is proposed to be built out of stone, stucco and glass with large glass windows on the store front. The proposed building also has pop outs and awnings.
