I live on 2875 N near the Sylvester property. I am concerned that horses on the property will result in a horse trailer parked in the road along with their dump trailer that is usually parked on the road, decreasing visibility and adding obstacles on this busy pick up and drop off area near Eaglecrest Elementary. To that end, I request that horse trailer parking on the road be prohibited along with associated horse related items such as manure and feed in the road attracting rodents and flies. Additionally I request that drainage from the horse pens be contained on the property and not allowed to flow into the street, gutters or neighboring properties. In addition, we are very concerned about horse manure and waste attracting and promoting flies in the neighborhood. It was not long ago that the neighborhood was infested with flies from the mink farm on 300 W so we request that all manure and horse waste be cleaned and disposed of at least weekly and not allowed to build up.
