    This site's location is in a ravine area, so the building height will appear lower to the houses on the north. 

    The Traverse Mountain Area Plan allows up to 12 stories. The applicant is only proposing a three story building.

    This is a conditional use in the Area Plan, so the Commission could put restrictions on the height if the residents provide evidence that it will negatively impact them.
