The applicant wants to build an indoor storage building at 2651 West Chapel Ridge Road. This is a conditional use in the Traverse Mountain Area Plan, which means that the Planning Commission may place reasonable conditions on the use to mitigate against potential negative impacts. According to State Code, a conditional use is an allowed use. Residents should realize that this will be approved. However, they can recommend conditions related to the negative impacts of this development.
