After reviewing the proposed plan of the 2 lot subdivision, I am in hopes this does not go through. I have two young kids who play outside as much as possible and I prefer NOT to have a twenty foot road going down the back of my property. In a previous conversation with the applicant, it was mentioned that the property was purchased as an investment in hopes to flip it in the spring. I don't feel the best interest for the neighborhood is at hand. I truly don't know how much say I have in the matter but I would appreciate my input being heard. Thank you.
