Site Plan at Planning Commission Requirements DCA
Consultation has concluded
A proposed amendment to make more site plans staff level approval. Site plans seeking exceptions or that are conditional use will go to Planning Commission for review. Site Plans are an administrative action where if they meet the Development Code, they must be approved. Reducing the number of site plans that go to Planning Commission will save time during public meetings on things that do not allow for public input. Exceptions and Conditional Uses have a level of discretion that allows the public and the planning commission to provide feedback.
