The applicant provided a very basic conceptual layout of storage units located at approximately 4300 North Digital Drive. The applicant also submitted for a General Plan Amendment to Mixed-Use. You can view information on that project here.

The proposed storage units include 10 buildings made of metal. Staff reviewed their plans and left several comments including that they will need to provide hard materials on the exterior of the storage units. Staff also informed the applicant that extensive utility work will be required to provide power, water, and sewer to the site.
