Side Yard Setback Detached ADU Development Code Amendment
Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation and this will go to City Council for final approval on November 12, 2024.
City Staff recommends changing the side yard setback for Detached ADUs. The proposed change would allow the side of a detached ADU without a window to meet the standard setback for an accessory building instead of the more restrictive setback of the primary home.
