Lehi City is proposing to amend the side yard setbacks for single family homes that have been finished for more than two years in specific residential zones. This is to remedy an error caught by Staff that shows the side yard setbacks for all residential zones to be 20 feet, and also 20 feet for buildings older than two years. The Planning staff has decided to reduce the side yard setback to 15 feet for single family homes older than two years.
