Consultation has concluded

The Lehi City Water Department purchased a large number of secondary water meters. The State is requiring that irrigation water is metered which has led to a large demand for these water meters. The Water Department purchased enough for all the properties in Lehi, but it will take several years to get them all installed. This proposal is for a portable storage container located on the future Shadow Ridge Park property (3050 W Traverse Mountain Boulevard). This land is currently vacant, and one of the DRC comments was to include a comment that if the park develops before the meters are gone, that this portable storage container will need to be moved.

This is a conditional use application, which means it is an allowed use. The Planning Commission may place reasonable conditions on the use to mitigate against potential negative impacts. Public comment focused on potential negative impacts and solutions to them are the most helpful.
