The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation to City Council on this item.

Salt Development proposes a zone change from Commercial to Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at 2601 West Slipstream Avenue.

The proposed zone change includes a Land Use Plan that shows 527 apartment units, two commercial pads in the apartment building, a parking garage, and future commercial spaces.
