The Planning Commission provided a positive recommendation to City Council on this item.

Salt Development has plans to build a five story apartment building at 2601 West Slipstream Avenue. The building will include 527 high end apartment units. It will also have a seven story parking garage that includes an amenity deck on the top floor.

They also propose to include two commercial pads inside the apartment building. They intend to have one be a grocery store and the other some kind of bakery or other similar use.

Their concept plan includes renderings of what they envision this project to look like. You can view these images under documents on the right.

A zone change and land use plan are going to the same Planning Commission Meeting. You can view that project here.
