Consultation has concluded

Lehi City is requesting a review and recommendation for a zone change to Public Facilities (PF) for several public properties, including trails, open spaces, and Family Park. This is part of a plan to rezone all city-owned properties to the PF zone. A full map and list of the properties are available in the Planning Commission packet.

The goal of this zone change is to protect these properties for public use long-term. Currently, each property is zoned differently, and rezoning them to PF will help identify public properties more clearly on the zoning map.

During the review, staff noticed that part of Family Park was still marked as VLDR on the General Plan. Since it's a city-owned property, a General Plan amendment and zone change for this area can be submitted together.
