    This item received a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council for approval on December 12th.

    Lehi City requests review and recommendation of the 100 North Street vacation on a portion of 100 North between Center Street and 100 East. This request is being made in conjunction with the new City Hall project.

    The applicant proposes to remodel the existing home and turn it into a small retail store. An exception to the design standards is requested so that the façade of the building can look like a water feature.
