Village Overlay General Plan Amendment

A amendment to the General Plan land use designation on approximately 66 acres of property located at the southwest corner of 1100 West and Pioneer Crossing, removing the flexibility of the Pioneer Village Overlay and leaving the underlying General Plan designation.
