Trinnaman Lane Zone Change

CLOSED: This item received a positive recommendation by the Planning Commission and will be scheduled for City Council on February 22nd.

The proposed zone change from A-1 to RA-1 is on 1-acre of property located at approximately 1200 N Trinnaman Lane. This zone change is consistent with the approved General Plan designation of VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) on the property because RA-1 is allowed on properties that are less than two acres.
