Micron East Annexation Zoning

CLOSED: This item was given a positive recommendation and is scheduled for City Council on September 14, 2021.

DR Horton wants to annex 111.5 acres currently in the county into Lehi City to be included in the Micron Area Plan. The Lehi City Council already approved a resolution of intent to annex. The purpose of the public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting is to review the proposed zoning.
