JD Olson Property Concept

This item received a negative recommendation from the Planning Commission and will go to City Council for final consideration.

The applicant is requesting review and recommendation of the JD Olson Property concept, a 16-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1550 South 1100 West. A proposed General Plan amendment to LDR (Low Density Residential) was submitted concurrently with the concept plan. That amendment and subsequent rezone would make the development and proposed density possible if approved.
